 High Definition Video

 The Standard Level of Service

Like it or not, the video we see around us is about to change! High definition video is revolutionizing the way we look at video. We're now offering your video on high-definition Blu-Ray DVD as a standard level of service. The Blu-Ray format is now the only high definition format!

OK, so what if you don't have a new high-definition Blu-ray DVD player attached to a high-definition television?  The fact is, you will eventually get one.

From now on we will shoot weddings in high definition and deliver a copy of your wedding on standard (NTSC) DVDs and a copy on Blu-Ray High-Definition DVD. That way when you do acquire a high-definition Blu-ray DVD player and television, you'll be able to enjoy it in stunning high-definition.

A couple of updates: First, a few clients have mentioned that their Blu-Ray DVD does NOT play on their players. Like the standard DVD of today, some units do not play something called a "BD-R" or BD-RE." Those are the types of Blu-Ray disks that are written in dye. Check the specs of your Blu-ray player to make it's compatible with "BD-R." Also, the cost of Blu-Ray players has dropped below the $300 mark. Wal-Mart is selling a unit for $298.00 (Magnavox Blu-ray Disc Player, NB500MG9).
